Champagne Village contracts with Associated Asset Management (AAM) to provide community association management services.

The new AAM platform can be used with a web browser or your smart phone APP to make it quick and easy for you to set up your payment online and review your account history.

Services on the AAM All Access mobile app includes:

Sign up to receive eStatements
Set up Free BillPay Payments through Your Own Bank.
Mail in a Payment with Your Invoice.
SurePay – establish a free automatic bank account withdrawal.
Pay Once or Schedule Recurring Payments by Credit Card, Debit Card or eCheck.
Make a Payment

If it’s your 1st time visiting the new AAM website you’ll need to use your email and the “Forgot Password?” link to setup your account login.

After entering your email address and clicking the “Forgot Password?” link you should then check your email Inbox for a temporary password.

Returning to the login page at https://allaccess.associatedasset.com/ use the temporary password to get logged in to their account, then click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the page to choose a new permanent password.

After setting up your login password on the AAM website you’ll also have the option to download the AAM ALL ACCESS APP to your smart phone. Using your email addresss and the password you setup will then let you view your account on your mobile device.
