Dog Park
*The facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.
Champagne Village has a fenced Dog Park, located on Ironwood, that allows for your dogs to be off leash. Our dog park features a shaded pergola new artificial pet turf, real sod grass and a gorgeous red fire hydrant for looks and sniffs.
Recently updated (a second time) by the generous donations of Karen & Everett Smith, long time residents whose hearts are always focused on our residents and our community. Of course the CV Lions Club and so many other gracious residents have made donations along the way as well! ❤️ THANK YOU! ❤️
In addition, the WE ❤️ OUR DOG PARK GROUP continues to look after and care for this wonderful amenity daily and even hosts fun parties and other events during the year.
The Dog Park is ALWAYS open and there are Various yappy hours in the Dog Park at (10:00am – 11:00am, 12pm – 1:00pm & 4:00pm – 5:00pm daily) which encourages both residents and their dogs to socialize together.
Dogs must always be on a leash when not in the Dog Park, and owners must securely hold the leash at all times. There is also a Dog Walk Area, which begins near the car wash and continues along Live Oak and up Ironwood, then ends at the intersection of Sumac. (See Village map, if needed.) Within this area, dogs may be walked in the woods, along the streets and sidewalks. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on any grass, on the stage or under the signage in the Picnic Area. Please observe all signs and pickup after your dog.
Dog walking is not permitted anywhere else in the Village.

Dog Park Regulations
- Owners must pick-up after their pets.
- Owners must control their pet at all times.
- Never leave your dog unattended.
- Vaccinations & current dog license required.
- No aggressive dogs under any circumstance.
- No smoking or vaping.
- No food of any kind (human or pet).
