Swimming Pool & Hot Tub

*The facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.

• Swimming Pool and Hot Tub users must obey all posted rules.
• Hours of use for both adults and minor guests are posted in the pool area and must be followed.
• No one under the age of 14 years is permitted in the hot tub. Minors must be accompanied by an adult

Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Regulations include:

1. The use of the Swimming Pool and Hot Tub is limited to the residents of Champagne Village.
2. Any person who is a Caregiver shall not use any of the Association Common Area facilities or equipment or enter into any of the Association Recreational or other areas except and solely to the extent that such use or entry is necessary in order to provide needed or reasonably requested assistance to a Care Recipient for whom such Caregiver is responsible.
