The Picnic Area
*The facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.
The Picnic Area is located on Live Oak Lane and serves the community for many events and activities, such as Champagne Village July 4th picnics, music jams, and resident family gatherings. Residents can host an event by contacting the office and reserving the facility, (760) 749-8008.
Picnic Area Regulations:
- The use of the Picnic Area is limited to the residents of Champagne Village.
- Any person who is a Caregiver shall not use any of the Association Common Area facilities or equipment or enter into any of the Association Recreational or other areas except and solely to the extent that such use or entry is necessary in order to provide needed or reasonably requested assistance to a Care Recipient for whom such Caregiver is responsible.
