Laundry Facility & Water Refill Station
*The facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.
The Laundry Facility is conveniently located directly across from the Village Hall. There are coin-operated washers and dryers available for resident use, as needed during open hours. Check with the office for times.
A Premium Water Refill Station is located in the covered walkway between the Laundry Facility and the Gathering Place. Bring your own water containers for refills any time. Cost per gallon is listed on the machine.
Laundry Room Regulations:
The use of the Laundry Room is limited to the residents of Champagne Village.
Any person who is a Caregiver shall not use any of the Association Common Area facilities or equipment or enter into any of the Association Recreational or other areas except and solely to the extent that such use or entry is necessary in order to provide needed or reasonably requested assistance to a Care Recipient for whom such Caregiver is responsible.
