Billiards Room

*The facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.

Using the Billiards Room:

1. No food or drink on or near the tables.
2. Cover tables when done playing.
3. Turn off heat, air and lights upon exit.

Billiards Room Regulations:

1. The use of the Billiards Room is limited to the residents of Champagne Village.
2. Any person who is a Caregiver shall not use any of the Association Common Area facilities or equipment or enter into any of the Association Recreational or other areas except and solely to the extent that such use or entry is necessary in order to provide needed or reasonably requested assistance to a Care Recipient for whom such Caregiver is responsible.
