Clubhouse & Village Hall
*The facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.

The Village Hall is centrally located within Champagne Village and is the hub for resident activities. The main hall and dining area is a multi-purpose social area with a full kitchen for food preparation, tables and chairs for large events, stage area, and a large dance floor. There is room for all the fabulous social events hosted by Champagne Village groups such as:
Across from the Card Room is the Village Notice Board with posted information on all types of activities and events in Champagne Village and the surrounding community.
In the front of the hall is a well-stocked Library containing many books, DVDs, and magazines for residents to check out, as well as comfy lounges for casual readings.
A computer and printer are available in the library for resident use.
The Champagne Village Property Owners Association Board has a specially equipped meeting room in the Hall.
The Champagne Village Administrative Office is also located just inside the hall entrance. Contact the office to make room reservations for your event.
The use of the Champagne Village Hall is limited to the residents of Champagne Village.
Any person who is a Caregiver shall not use any of the Association Common Area facilities or equipment or enter into any of the Association Recreational or other areas except and solely to the extent that such use or entry is necessary in order to provide needed or reasonably requested assistance to a Care Recipient for whom such Caregiver is responsible.
