FOR YOUR GUESTS DURING HOURS
When you’re expecting guests or vendors, let the Front Gate Kiosk know in advance (760) 749-7723 or cvfrontgate@gmail.com. Your guests will not be granted access without either advance notice or phone verification from you.
Family members or vendors who regularly visit you can be added to a list so you won’t need to call ahead: contact the Kiosk for details.
GRANTING YOUR GUESTS ACCESS AFTER HOURS
When the Kiosk is closed, a keypad and telephone entry system is used to grant access to your guests. This keypad is located on the front of the Kiosk.
- When your guest pulls up to the Kiosk, they must use the keypad to enter your four-digit code: this the number 8 followed by your 3-digit space number. (i.e. space #5 is 8005, space #55 is 8055, space #155 is 8155, etc.).
- Once the four-digit code is entered, your phone will ring.
- When you answer your phone, you’ll be able to speak directly with the guest at the keypad.
- To grant access to this guest, press the number 9 key on your phone for one full second: this will open the Gate and disconnect the call
- To deny access to this guest, simply hang up your phone.
