Clubhouse & Village Hall
As the heart of Champagne Village, the Clubhouse and Village Hall provide a versatile hub for community life. The multi-purpose main hall features a full kitchen, a stage with a movie screen, and a dance floor, hosting everything from holiday parties and movie nights to fitness classes like yoga, Tai Chi, and line dancing. It serves as the primary meeting ground for groups like the Social Activities Committee, the Lions Club, and the Care and Concern Committee.
Additional recreation spaces include the Billiards Room and a Card Room used for bridge, bunco, ping pong, Bible study, and crafts. For quieter pursuits, the library offers a wide selection of books, DVDs, and magazines plus comfortable lounges and seating areas. Conveniently located at the entrance, the Administrative Office handles event reservations, ensuring this central venue remains the go-to spot for all resident gatherings and essential community services.
Billiards Room
Our billiards and pool facilities offer residents a perfect blend of relaxation and competition. Enjoy a game with friends or hone your skills in a welcoming environment. The well-maintained tables and inviting atmosphere make it a favorite spot for both casual players and enthusiasts.
Bocce Ball & Putting Green
Embrace the outdoors with our bocce ball courts and putting green, ideal for both casual play and friendly tournaments. These amenities provide a great way to enjoy the sunshine, engage in friendly competition, and improve your game amidst beautifully landscaped surroundings. Bocce Ball equipment is kept in the shed near the courts.
Card Room
The Card & Activity Room in the Village Hall is a vibrant social hub designed for residents to connect over shared interests. This welcoming space is equipped with comfortable seating and ample tables, creating the perfect atmosphere for both friendly competition and creative collaboration.
The room hosts a diverse range of activities, from strategic games like CV Bridge and CV Poker to active recreation like Ping Pong. It also serves as a gathering place for the community’s Chorus, Women’s Bible Study, and Life Group meetings. Whether you are a seasoned card player looking for a serious match or simply want to join a welcoming group, this versatile environment caters to all skill levels and interests.
Car Wash Area
Keep your vehicle looking showroom-ready with the ultimate convenience of our dedicated on-site Car Wash, perfectly situated on Live Oak Lane directly across from the Picnic Area. Designed with resident comfort in mind, this facility features a spacious covered canopy that allows you to wash and dry your car in the refreshing shade, protected from the heat. With full water hookups provided and a location that’s easy to access, keeping your ride pristine has never been more effortless or enjoyable.
The Dog Park
Champagne Village has a fenced Dog Park, located on Ironwood, that allows for your dogs to be off leash. Our dog park features a shaded pergola new artificial pet turf, real sod grass and a gorgeous red fire hydrant for looks and sniffs.
Fitness Room
Our community fitness room is a bright, well-equipped space designed to support all your health and wellness goals. For cardio enthusiasts, the facility features professional treadmills and a recumbent bike positioned in front of a full-length mirrored wall. If you’re looking to build strength, you’ll find a comprehensive 5 multi-station gym and a dedicated free weight area with an adjustable bench and dumbbells.
The room also offers plenty of space for functional training, stocked with stability balls, resistance bands, and aerobic steps. With vaulted ceilings, natural light from overhead skylights, and wall-mounted fans to keep you cool, it provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for a quick morning run or a full-body workout.
The Gathering Place
The Gathering Place is located adjacent to the Village Laundry Room and used to host Morning Coffee, card games, and other resident events. For Morning Coffee, Village residents meet Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 10:30AM. Come join us!
Golf Practice Area
Nestled against a scenic mountain backdrop, our community golf practice area offers a quiet, dedicated space to sharpen your game. This well-maintained facility features a spacious hitting area secured by protective netting, multiple target flags for precision drills, and a charming stone bench for spectators or a quick break. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy some fresh air while refining your swing in a tranquil, natural setting.
Laundry Facility & Water Refill
Located directly across from Village Hall, the community offers a coin-operated Laundry Facility available for resident use during office-specified open hours.
A Premium Water Refill Station can be found nearby, situated in the covered walkway between the Laundry Facility and the Gathering Place. This station allows you to bring your own containers for refills at the per-gallon cost listed on the machine.

With a vibrant community of over 60 members, the club welcomes everyone from seasoned athletes and active players to social members and those brand new to the game. Membership dues support the maintenance of court equipment and fuel the club’s social calendar, which includes monthly potluck meetings and a highly anticipated, elegant Holiday Party.
Our facilities feature five pickleball courts and a dedicated tennis court, with practice machines available for both sports to help you sharpen your skills. Whether you prefer the fast-paced action of pickleball or a classic set of tennis, games are easy to join and schedule. The club thrives on a “play and stay” philosophy, where the fun continues off the court at the Picnic Area or Village Hall, making it a cornerstone of our community’s social life.
